ABOUT NINABER CONSULTING
After having worked for more than 20 years in mostly IT and real estate related companies, I started my own business in 2020 in order to make more use of my specialism in streamlining a company and so leave the administration behind in the hands of a solid team. I love challenges, don’t turn my back on executive work, but mainly focus on making an administration more efficient and clearer.
I was able to improve the quality of the administration for Mitek by making a switch from local to internationally listed, with an emphasis on reporting and efficiency. There I gained a lot of experience with SOX and implemented a new software (Netsuite), which resulted in clear reporting between the companies in different countries, including a consolidation at holding level.
At Faber I replaced the financial director who was immediately put on hold; without a training period, the administration was taken care of and converted into a clear and well-arranged whole. Ultimately, the entire financial team was replaced here and the work was rearranged. Here too I implemented a new software (Navision) and the annual accounts were delivered months earlier.
I like to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of innovation. It is important that colleagues can develop themselves, with work that suits them. I like to create a relaxed atmosphere and connection between the teams and colleagues. I’m very excited!
